DO I HAVE TO RETURN THE PRODUCTS IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING?

We would love that, but if you need to take your bedding out of the packaging and lay it all out to decide, that's ok too. Perfect folding into original packaging isn't a requirement for a return, however, in the interests of reducing waste, please try not to tear the packaging and include with your product return so that we can reuse it.

CAN I SLEEP IN MY SHEETS OR BEDDING AND RETURN THEM?

CAN I RETURN SHEETS THAT HAVE BEEN WASHED?

Don’t worry, We will accept change of mind returns on bedding that has been slept in or washed. 😉

WHEN WILL I RECIEVE MY REFUND?
You can expect your refund to be processed within 25-30 business days of sending the parcel back to us. You'll be refunded via bank transfer. We'll always send you a Return Confirmation email when we have received your return and are processing your refund payment.

IS RETURN POSTAGE COVERED?

The return shipping will be paid by the customer. Be sure to keep hold of your receipt in the meantime, since the responsibility of the return is yours until it reaches us.
